Now with 50% more beatability

I've updated the post_jam downloads to tweak the Frankenstein mask room.  Even with the jam bug resolved, that room was still too frustrating.  Now there is only one monster in the final section, and its difficulty is on par with the Vampire and Wolfman mask rooms. The web version remains the jam version.
